09.2025: The Italian Voilàp Group, specializing in the development and production of intelligent systems for industry and cities, announced the acquisition of the Stürtz Group. The German Stürtz is a leading manufacturer of automated machinery for PVC processing and generates revenues of appr. €65 million with more than 350 employees in Germany, Canada, Poland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Stürtz technology is uses to produce PVC and aluminum windows. Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Neustadt/Wied-Rott, the company stands for technological innovation, user-oriented solutions, and comprehensive service.
With this acquisition, Voilàp aims to further strengthen its position as a global leader in high-quality machinery for the window and façade industry, as well as a key player in industrial applications. The integration of Stürtz ideally complements Voilàp’s existing portfolio. The Group already holds a strong worldwide market position with its brands Elumatec, Emmegi, and Tekna in the aluminum processing sector, and Keraglass and Mappi in the glass processing sector. Stürtz’s leadership in PVC processing machinery adds significant expertise to the know-how Voilàp has already developed through the production of Someco machines.
