06.2025: US-based Dover Corporation acquires SIKORA AG, a market leader and hidden champion in the field of measurement, testing, and control technology for a wide range of industries. The German company offers innovative technology for quality assurance during the production of wires and cables, pipes, hoses, sheets, glass fibers, and plastics. The company, with 13 international subsidiaries, employs approximately 450 people and has recorded double-digit organic growth over the past three years. In 2024, SIKORA generated sales of appr. €100 million.
SIKORA will become part of Dover’s MAAG business unit within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment. Dover and MAAG will support SIKORA’s future growth strategy and continue the company’s success story.
