Arcadia Beteiligungen (Hamburg) has taken over ComputerKompett Group along with its management. Long-time company owner and CEO Karl-Heinz Eberle will remain associated with the company as an investor and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Managing director of the newly formed ComputerKom-plett Holding is Harald Scheuls.
ComputerKomplett is the umbrella brand for the companies SteinhilberSchwehr, ASCAD, STS Consulting and MTC. The shareholders plan to continue with the successful strategy and to speed up long-term growth by acquiring further companies.
The ComputerKomplett Group with its headquarters in Rottweil generates a turnover of over €50 million. A growing systems integrator with its expertise in ERP and PLM software for medium-sized manufacturing companies, ComputerKomplett is specialized in integrating these areas and in developing interface solutions. Over 400 consultants at 14 locations in Germany are working on individual solutions for software packages, goods and services, and maintenance.
The product portfolio is complemented by a wide range of IT services which includes consulting, process analysis, software implementation, hardware and network configuration, installation, training, support and technical service, as well as complete IT-outsourcing.
ComputerKomplett unites comprehensive expertise in IT with decades of experience and excellent knowledge of the industry, based on more than 3200 successful projects in the areas of mechanical engineering, component industry, electrical engineering, toolmaking, plastics engineering, metal processing, watches/jewellery, energy industry, trading, and the food and beverage sector. Many of these projects are company-specific, networked solutions based on complementary or alternative standard solutions.
Centum Capital has initiated this transaction and advised the buyer in 2012.
