03.2025: Arcadis, a global provider of sustainable planning, engineering, and consulting solutions, acquires WSP Infrastructure Engineering GmbH (WSP). Based in Germany, WSP employs 160 people and specializes in rail-based transport infrastructure, structural engineering, and software development.
With this acquisition, Arcadis doubles its presence in the German rail sector and strengthens its growth position. WSP is known for its high level of expertise in engineering planning in the German rail sector and has important key qualifications for framework agreements with Deutsche Bahn. These complement Arcadis’ current activities in the German rail sector and will open up significant new revenue opportunities through optimized project delivery, supported by global collaboration and the capabilities and expertise of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centers.
