09.2026: Groupe Lacour acquires the automotive claims management software publisher CombiSystems GmbH in Germany. CombiSystems designs and markets specialized software for automotive claims management to organise the workflow for appraisers.
Majority-owned by The Carlyle Group and supported in unitranche by CAPZA, Groupe Lacour (Centre-Val de Loire, France), is a provider of software solutions for automotive industry players such as auto repair shops, car dealerships, glaziers, claims adjusters, insurers, and fleet managers. Groupe Lacour generateed appr. €50 million of revenue in 2024, and aims to build a European software platform for automotive after-sales.
