The German St\u00fcrtz is a leading manufacturer of automated machinery for PVC processing and generates revenues of appr. \u20ac65 million with more than 350 employees in Germany, Canada, Poland, the United Kingdom and the United States. St\u00fcrtz technology is uses to produce PVC and aluminum windows. Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Neustadt\/Wied-Rott, the company stands for technological innovation, user-oriented solutions, and comprehensive service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this acquisition, Voil\u00e0p aims to further strengthen its position as a global leader in high-quality machinery for the window and fa\u00e7ade industry, as well as a key player in industrial applications. The integration of St\u00fcrtz ideally complements Voil\u00e0p\u2019s existing portfolio. The Group already holds a strong worldwide market position with its brands Elumatec, Emmegi, and Tekna in the aluminum processing sector, and Keraglass and Mappi in the glass processing sector.
